At Nailberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our breathable, vegan polishes. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused and unopened Nailberry products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
